MINDFULNESS AND REDUCING STRESS
Customized solutions based on your everyday needs and business. Four to six-week workshop series including mindfulness discussions, meditations, movement and mindfulness exercises for everyday living all creating an experiential mindfulness platform. Several options available for program configurations including weekly group sessions, individual health plans and meditation and mindfulness live and on-demand recordings.
MINDFUL-BASED STRESS REDUCTION PROGRAM (MBSR)
This 8-week experiential program is the most researched and established stress reduction program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Explore tools and techniques to approach your life with calmness, composure and enthusiasm. Develop the ability to manage stressful situations by responding rather than reacting and getting caught up in them. Improve your level of focus and resiliency to cultivate self-awareness and everyday mindful living.
INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS) &
Connecting with Self and transforming tension and pain in the mind and body
INDIVIDUAL CLIENT SESSIONS
The client's needs are the focus which generally starts with stress in their everyday lives or a specific goal such as reducing back pain. IFS & Yoga therapy are healing modalities that look at the overall integrative health of the individual and works with them to create and maintain a practice that gives them greater ease and comfort in their body and mind.
Yoga therapy swirls together yoga principles and techniques, functional movement and asana, breathwork and meditation all customized for the individual to feel better and improve their function and to create greater self-awareness and balance in their lives.
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
In small group sessions, we work with clients who are experiencing similar concerns such as pain in the hips or shoulders and looking to reduce stress in their lives. For stress reduction, practices could include meditation, guided relaxation, mudras and asana or for hip and shoulder pain, looking at compensation patterns and improving movement with greater body awareness through breathwork and focused-attention movements.

Therapeutic Yoga Flow
Group Class: Tues 9:30am-10:30am
Come connect with your mind and body during this flow class. Practicing with slower movements gives you the opportunity to be more present with yourself. Focusing on your breath and feeling the space in your body as you move with more intention creates a sense of balance and ease in your mind and body.

Come explore through mindful movement and meditation. The first half-hour is about exploring with mindful movement and being present to the level that feels right for you with sensations, breath and movement in the body. After some gentle movements, we transition into mindfulness meditation and explore more inward with practices like body scans and focused attention meditations.
